I would recommend Saxtons to friends and family because they gave me a fair price for my trade in car. They have a huge selection of cars to choose from. The staff are knowledgeable polite and professional and the additional vehicle protection products they offer are reasonably priced.

My experience at Saxtons

I would not recommend Saxtons because I spent over 3.5hrs waiting in the dealership whilst the alloys were touched up and then the vehicle had not been valeted and I had to wait for that to be completed, the salesman did call me in the morning to let me know that the alloys needed work, and could I arrive later than first arranged, but I had already left to travel the over two hours to collect the vehicle.
The finance documents were not explained nor the commission rates - yes I know I could read this myself but it should have been explained by the business manager, I have also expressed this to Santander directly.
The vehicle also only had 20 miles worth of fuel in it- I appreciate that fuel prices are high but I had to find a service station once I was on the motorway and not knowing the area this was rather stressful. I was about to drive away and realised that the salesman had walked off with the keys, I had to ask another salesman to go and get them for me, I still have not had the receipt for my deposit of £1k, so I’m going to have to chase that up. So to summarise the whole experience I feel that it was not an exceptional service and I definitely was not made to feel a valued customer on this occasion. I have purchased Range Rover’s from other dealership’s and the attention to detail was so much better.
